Honestly, the answer might be NO. You probably didn’t expect to hear that from a real estate agent who depends on commissions to make a living, did you? Far too often, Realtors will work with clients simply to make a buck, knowing that their skills and expertise may not be the best fit. That is not how I operate! My principle goal is to ensure the best possible outcome for my client, and if I’m not suited to provide that outcome, I will let you know. I’m truly committed to helping people achieve their real-estate goals and build portfolios to achieve financial freedom and build generational wealth.

Investing in the Greater Toronto Area may no longer be a viable option for many, given the rising costs and fees. Home prices and interest rates make it very challenging to cash flow on a monthly basis as rents won’t cover expenses. Additionally, the Landlord and Tenant rules in Ontario can be very hard to navigate, leaving little to no recourse for landlords to effectively deal with problematic tenants. 

My access to investment options in Calgary, at very affordable price points, will allow investors to see a healthy monthly return on their investment AND benefit from strong year over year property appreciation. The fact that my family and I have invested in 7 Calgary properties in 2 years, and are living the benefits described above, allows me to share my knowledge and experience in building a strong profitable investment portfolio.  I’m there to help.
