I started investing in real estate in 2006 — long before I became an agent, and long before “condo investing” was a podcast topic. I’ve bought, held, and navigated markets that went sideways, recovered, and ran again.

Today I specialize in resale condos across Toronto’s waterfront and urban core, and preconstruction in both Ontario and Alberta. My clients are investors, first-time buyers who think like investors, and people who want straight answers — not a sales pitch.

If a deal doesn’t make sense for you, I’ll tell you. If I can’t help you, I’ll say that too. What I won’t do is waste your time.
